Provides measurement capabilities for all Canwest television markets from local to regional and national levels. BBM Canada has the rights to the Personal Portable Passive Meter (PPM). This technology already in use in franco Montreal and Quebec, will provide us with greater connectivity to our consumers viewing and listening habits and it will drive down meter costs, further facilitating increased sample sizes and expansion of metered services to additional markets.
